How We Work With You
It’s a Matter of Trust
Exposing your documents, your closets and your lifestyle can be uncomfortable. That’s why working with a professional organizer begins with trust.
Trust ensures that we can help you reach your goals in a professional and confidential manner. As a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), we proudly abide by the NAPO code of ethics. For more about our commitment to your confidentiality, read our Privacy Statement.
We All Have the Same Goal
Messy closets and pantries, cluttered desks and playrooms – we’ve seen it all. Our clients may have diverse organizational needs but they each share the same goal:
A neater, more organized environment where they can enjoy their friends and family without stress.
A Collaborative Approach
Metropolitan Organizing often suggests outside consultants who specialize in areas where extra help is needed and that complement our organizational skills. We often collaborate with independent consultants; such as accountants and bookkeepers, packing, moving, and relocating specialists, interior designers, feng shui practitioners, ADD coaches, personal assistants, virtual assistants, computer consultants, productivity coaches and psychotherapists.
Our Confidentiality Pledge to You
Working with a professional organizer begins with trust. Trust ensures that we can help you reach your goals in a professional and confidential manner. The National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) addresses confidentiality in its code of ethics.
All members of NAPO, including Metropolitan Organizing, pledge to:
- Keep confidential all client information, both business and personal
- Use proprietary client information only with the client’s permission
- Not use client information to benefit ourselves or our firm, or reveal this information to others
Organizing Services Payment Policy
Metropolitan Organizing accepts checks, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Payment is at the time of service and a deposit may be required. We typically work in four- and six-hour blocks of time per session. The number of sessions varies based on client needs. Please see Terms and Conditions for all services.
