A North Carolina State graduate, Kara is an experienced professional organizer who believes that getting organized is a healing and transformative process. As a Metropolitan Organizing Team Lead, her goal is to move mountains for clients and make their day-to-day lives easier, healthier, and more focused on what's truly important to them. Beyond the joy she takes in creating peaceful spaces for clients, she loves finding out how they "tick" in order to better coach them with tips and tricks for living a simpler, more organized, and more fun life. Kara is a devoted German Shepherd owner, and in her free time she enjoys cooking, reading, cycling, and gardening. [Professional affiliations: NAPO, NSGCD] |

Leslie has been organizing things all of her life. Even as a child, she would organize closets and cans in the pantry ("Yes, my parents were a little bit concerned!"). She grew up outside Washington DC, graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park with a Hearing and Speech Sciences degree, and has held a variety of positions that have enhanced and strengthened her organizational skills. Those skills are honed every day as she manages a family of six. Leslie too experiences the challenges of maintaining order in her own family life—both from the working and stay-at-home-mom perspectives. She has developed numerous systems for time management, paperwork, and organizing. She enjoys passing these skills and strategies along to her clients. [Professional affiliations: NAPO] |

Marjorie is described by friends and family as "incredibly organized." An Ohio native and graduate of The Ohio State University, Marjorie pursued a career in Catering and Convention Services with Hyatt Hotels, where her organizational skills and eye for detail made her the "go-to" person for the most demanding clients. After relocating to North Carolina, Marjorie has focused on raising a family. She enjoys streamlining and organizing papers, files, closets, kitchens, and other household areas. By doing these things, she believes clients save time and money, and increase their awareness of what is going on in the home. Marjorie also is a substitute teacher in the Wake County schools, and enjoys exercising and reading. |

Susan has been organizing herself and others for years and now enjoys organizing for a living. She's seen firsthand how decluttering and getting organized can transform people's lives in positive ways, and she strives to bring the benefits of a calm and productive life to as many people as possible. Susan has experience working with people who have the challenge/gift of ADHD and likes to use her knowledge to help individuals and families establish simple systems that are easy to maintain. Susan has an undergraduate degree in music from East Carolina University and a Master's in Communication from the University of Delaware. When she's not helping people get organized, she spends time with family, roots tirelessly for the Carolina Hurricanes, and is the piano player/director of a contemporary choir at her church.
